There are two ways to place an order:
Commissioning a Personalized Order
I ask for a 50% deposit to begin carving any personalized designs that include names and/or dates. (If you should change your mind before making full payment, the piece wouldn't be usable for anyone else.) Otherwise, payment can be given after carving is completed and I've sent you pictures of the final product. (Checks must clear before delivery.)
Please allow around 5 weeks from the time of confirming an order for the carving to be completed. Smaller items like toothpick holders can typically be done in less time; larger orders or more complex designs may take longer. Orders intended for Christmas gifts should be placed as early as possible, as November - December can understandably be a busy time for my own schedule as well as the number of orders.
- Contact me directly via the form on the Contact page. This method admittedly requires more trust in me, as I don't have a snazzy online payment system, but it will save you a few bucks. Payments can be flexible, but personal checks and PayPal work great.
- If you prefer a more official transaction, visit my shop on Etsy and directly purchase items there: http://www.etsy.com/shop/AgainstTheGrainChips. These prices are higher due to fees for selling on Etsy.
